
LVL Fitness is a 45-minute, muscle shaking, heart pumping, high intensity TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. The workout is done on the state-of-the-art Megaformer M3S+, which provides constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine uses a system of springs and pulleys, as well as your own body weight, to attack each muscle in a concentrated manner to sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe way.
Our trainers were hand selected and recruited as Bakersfield's finest. They have gone through a rigorous training program in order to bring you the most efficient and effective Lagree workouts.
