Monday-Thursday 6am-8pm, Friday 6am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm. Sunday hours are currently closed but may change based on member demand.
Do you offer guest passes?
Yes! Everyone receives one free day pass. Additional day passes are available for $15 with full facility access including classes.
What fitness equipment is available?
Our 7,500 sq ft facility includes cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, and strength training systems. We maintain modern equipment with regular updates to ensure quality workouts.
