Downtown FIT Camp in San Bernardino was created in cooperation with a Real Estate Entrepreneur team dedicated to the rehabilitation and revitalization of the DTSB area out of a dilapidated building with great potential.
We feel the people that frequent the DTSB area are underserved in regards to quality services such as our bootcamp classes and our wish is to be a part of transforming lives and lifestyles for this wonderful community at a cost you cannot beat for the fitness classes and services we provide!

Downtown Fit Camp in San Bernardino is dedicated to providing one-on-one coaching during our bootcamp classes.
Unlike other gyms, you only pay for the fitness classes that you take, so you really do get what you pay for and aren't charged for a gym membership when you are traveling, sick, injured, or simply unable to attend.
Also, when you take our fitness classes, you can expect that our certified coaches and your classmates will know your name, push you to go harder, and will celebrate your victories with you.

Spin Class Workout: This is Low-Impact Cardio that is FUN and the time seems to fly by! "The muscles you use on a spinning bike, the gluteus maximus and the quadriceps, are some of the largest in your body, so you're going to be using a lot of calories, " you can expect to burn anywhere between 500 and 700 calories in a 45-50 minute Downtown Fit Camp indoor cycling class.
The intensity will vary throughout the class thanks to different body positions (i.e., standing versus sitting), pedal speed, and resistance.

Personal training requires a minimum 3 month / 3 workouts per week commitment to ensure success.
Payments can be made in full or weekly on the Monday prior.
