On Demand Class Library, practice yoga any time of day, any day of the week, as many times as you'd like. Teachers are responsible to clean hard surfaces & moving chairs (Chair Yoga) between classes. To assist your instructor preparing for each class, please book your class online no less than 30 minutes before class starts. Click "Book Now" below to book your space.

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Chair Yoga - For individuals who are temporarily unable to get up and down off the floor easily.
All stretches and postures are either seated on the chair or standing while using the chair to assist with balance.
Class limited to 12 people.
Prerequisite: must be able to come down the stairs to the studio.
Beginner's Yoga - Learn the fundamentals of yoga.
This unique workshop style class focuses on understanding alignment of your body in yoga postures.
Each class highlights 2-6 postures with detailed instruction, adjustments, modifications and alignment tips.

Diana has been practicing yoga since 2000.
Diana has continued her education since receiving her 500 hour certification by taking workshops from various yoga instructors from around the country.
Some include Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, Gioconda Parker, Desiree Rumbaugh and more.
Diana's classes include awareness of alignment, variety in sequencing (no 2 classes are exactly the same) as well as some humor and fun mixed in.
Miki has been practicing yoga since approximately 2003.
She has been a member of the Yoga Alliance since her graduation.
