The Fitness Boot Camp course is a 4-week program that meets 3 times per week.
Each meeting is for 1 hour and we cover every fitness component from cardio endurance, strengthening, agility, balance and flexibility.
They are called "Boot Camps" primarily because it is an outdoor fitness program.
Your drill instructor controls the group and dictates your activity.
You will be pushed to 'Your Limits' in all the activities.
All of the activities will be set up on a time system.
You keep working until your drill instructor blows his whistle and yells stop.
