My experience at AFC began back in September.
I had bariatric surgery in July, and was told by my Doctor that I needed to find a gym to continue my weight loss journey.
I had lost 40 pounds when I joined and I joined after much research.
I continued to lose 60 more pounds while.
My time at AFC started back in October of 2018.
I had been working out in a different gym in the morning before work for a few months prior.
However, I started to not like getting up so early and knew I needed to try something else.
