Iron Body Fitness was founded in 2013 by ISSA-certified trainer, nutritionist, and champion fitness competitor Yvonne Hale.
In the years since, the gym has grown and relocated, but never lost its focus on building community within our own membership and helping out the community in which we all live.
The gym is family-owned, and family is an apt word - as you spend time here, you'll discover that our members treat one another much like extended family.
It's this camaraderie and feeling of caring that helps each and every one of us work harder to achieve our goals, knowing that there's someone there to have your back when you stumble, push you on days you just don't feel like working, or just help with a spot if you've tried to tackle a bit more weight than you can handle (don't worry, we've all done it).
