As they say, you cannot out-train a poor diet. We offer a nutrition program that cannot be found anywhere else, available to both members and non-members, tailored uniquely to you. We do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone's path may look a little different. We offer group training, private training packages, nutrition coaching, kids sports training and various custom hybrid packages to meet the needs of the individual.

CrossFit Constancy is a Bradley fitness community seeking to better themselves day in and day out.
Our company was born out of passion to help others achieve optimal health.
Years ago we began to ask ourselves "what is true fitness?"
We felt that the ideal program wouldn't exclude any form of physical activity, rather it would be broad and inclusive.
CrossFit Constancy was born in our minds as a place to achieve not only the highest level of fitness, but optimal health.
To us, optimal health is defined by the ability to move and be active, healthy body composition, proper nutrition, stress management, positive social interactions and overall happiness.

Too often people look to magic pills and crash diets to get a quick fix, only to find themselves in even more trouble a few months later.
Consistency and sustainability are key.
True body composition changes are our goal.
Weight loss is not the same as fat loss.
The first thing we will do is a Body Composition Analysis using our InBody scanner.
This tells us exactly what is going on under the skin such as body fat percentage and pounds of muscle.
