This is the quote I have chosen to live by. Born and raised in Clovis, CA I received my first gym membership when I was 16 years old. I wish I could say I fell in love with the gym right from the start, but that wasn't the case. It's no secret that working out is a mental and physical challenge! It wasn't until I began to see myself morph into a stronger, happier, and healthier person that my love for fitness flourished.

From that point on, I knew what I loved to do, and I knew I wanted to help others achieve those same life-changing effects that fitness provides. At age 18, I became NASM Certified and began my work as a trainer, while continuing my education with Pennsylvania State University World Campus. In 2018, I earned my B.S. in Business Management/ Marketing.

Prior to graduation, after working two years as a trainer for a local gym, I decided to use my passion and education to start my own business, Alicia Giana Fitness. But, it wasn't until November of 2020, that the AGF Gym opened its doors.

Open gym memberships are limited, by both hours and capacity, to ensure the exclusivity and quality of the members' gym experience.
The low-membership capacity allows for a more private workout environment without the hassle of battling an overcrowded gym!
AGF's 3,330 sq ft gym houses brand new, state of the art gym equipment, including free weights, cardio equipment, strength machines, and more!
Family plans are not available at this time as memberships are capped.
Group training clients with the 'Unlimited' package, and one-on-one clients who spend $300 or more monthly, will receive an AGF membership at no additional cost.

No additional membership is needed if you are only using the gym for training sessions with me.
Yes definitely, I have trained many clients ranging from ages 14 - 85. Contact me to learn more.
The frequency for training varies from person to person but ultimately is up to the client.
I have some clients who train 1x/ week and others who train 4x/ week.
However, for optimal results, I suggest at least 2-3x/ week of training.
Yes, even if you choose the group training option, each workout can be modified to best address your injury.
