Rise RX Fitness is a full service gym that offers personal training and specialty classes. We want to help people improve their lives through fitness, community and healthy eating. In addition to traditional gym services, we offer other wellness services such as health coaching, nutrition and meal planning, and infrared sauna sessions. We believe that no member should ever feel lost in the gym or in knowing how to live healthier.

With In Club Membership options starting at $49 per month, we have a fitness solution for every budget.
We accept Prime Fitness and Silver Sneakers (Tivity Health).
The Prime Fitness and Silver Sneakers benefits include our Basic Membership features only.
We have upgrade options available for those who want to participate in classes or use the infrared sauna.
Programs

Rise Rx Fitness is a full service gym that offers personal training and specialty programs.
Our programs are developed and led by experienced Certified Personal Trainers and are designed with every fitness level in mind.
A beginner will be able to workout next to an advanced exerciser.
We help you both modify and work around any injuries plus push you increase intensity as needed.
RISE 45 consists of Variable Intensity Interval Training (VIIT), an exercise format where we rotate between high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with medium-intensity (strength and endurance) and low-intensity recovery periods for a shorter, more efficient workout.
Raw Training

RAW Training is a small group training program, created and led by Dean McDaniel, that centers around high intensity interval training aka HIIT.
During a RAW session, participants reach at least 80% of max capacity or anaerobic threshold.
The workouts range anywhere between 30 - 40 minutes, coupling moderate to hard charging intervals of work with short rest recoveries or less intense intervals.
HIIT increases the amount of calories your body burns during and after your exercise session.
Your metabolism tends to increase allowing you to use fat as fuel.
Infrared Sauna

We spent a lot of time researching the best infrared sauna option, and chose the Jacuzzi Infrared Sauna.
True Wave heating technology gives you full spectrum infrared throughout your entire sauna session.
The combination of far infrared and full spectrum heaters provide safe, deep penetrating infrared heat.
According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, regular use of a sauna imparts a similar boost on the cardiovascular system as running.
As you relax in the gentle infrared heat, your body is hard at work producing sweat, pumping blood and burning calories.
