CLASS DESCRIPTION: Tabatas: Performing a particular exercise (or exercises) at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest.
Spin: Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes the heart pump fast.
It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and otter thigh muscles like nobodys business.
Yoga: We offer a variety of Yoga classes for all skill levels.
Zumba: Latin inspired calorie burning dance fitness workout.
Functional Fitness: Training that prepares the body for real-life movements, activities and exercise.
