Kalen is as good as they come! I have done several of her programs and have been doing personal training with her for the past 2.5 years. She's not like other trainers or fitness coaches, she truly cares about you as a person. She has prayed for my family and me during dark times, she checks up on me when we're sick and after each of my children's (many) medical appointments.
She pushes you while cheering you on, and she believes you're capable of achieving your goals even more than you are! She's more than a trainer, she's a friend. If you're on the fence on either her classes, programs, or training- do it, you will not be disappointed! She's truly a blessing in my life. Lady Fit Studio is absolutely amazing! Kalen (the trainer) is always so welcoming no matter what or who you are and so are all of the other girls at the studio.
