An effective health/fitness coach is more of a partner that helps guide, motivate, and educate you than a drill sergeant that barks orders at you in an effort to "whip you into shape."
They help to bring out all of the potential, strength, joy, and gifts that you already posses.
All of our coaches are Nationally Certified by one or more Nationally Accredited Certifying Agencies.
The beginning of my journey into the fitness industry started with a very shallow understanding of what exactly coaches are called to do.

The West Texas Sports and Wellness Institute is a locally owned and operated personal training and group exercise studio.
From weight loss to chronic pain, youth athletics and nutritional counseling, the Health/Fitness Coaches at the West Texas Sports and Wellness Institute have the experience and knowledge to help you attain your goals.
All training is by appointment only.
We are not an open gym so your workouts will be private, more intimate, and tailor made just for you.
We believe that your exercise program should be designed to improve your overall quality of life.

A ton of the programs out there are extreme and intimidating - not to mention, OVERCROWDED.
Our classes are designed with YOU in mind.
If you are an elite level athlete or physique competitor, this program is probably not the best fit for you.
