The practice fosters body positivity through progressive skill development in a supportive environment that celebrates individual expression and personal growth.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks instruction teaches students to climb, wrap, and flow through suspended fabric to create graceful aerial shapes. This full-body workout develops grip strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness while emphasizing safe technique and controlled movements that build confidence both in the air and on the ground.

Aerial hoop classes focus on mounting, spinning, and balancing within a suspended circular apparatus. Students progress through foundational poses and transitions that enhance core strength, body awareness, and artistic expression while developing the control needed for dynamic aerial performances.

Questions
What makes your classes different from other fitness studios?
Our 75-minute sessions provide more personalized attention with smaller class sizes and progressive skill development. Certified instructors focus on safe technique while creating a supportive community that celebrates individual growth and self-expression.
Are your classes suitable for complete beginners?
Yes! Over 50% of our students start with no dance or fitness background. Our Essentials Series introduces foundational skills at a beginner-friendly pace while building strength and confidence through structured progressions.
What should I wear to my first class?
Form-fitting clothing that allows movement is recommended. For pole classes, shorts help with grip while aerial requires covered underarms. Avoid jewelry and lotions to ensure safety during apparatus work.
How do I choose between pole, aerial, or burlesque classes?
Pole focuses on vertical apparatus work, aerial uses suspended fabrics or hoops, and burlesque emphasizes dance choreography. Try our Essentials Package to experience different styles before choosing your preferred discipline.
What safety measures do you implement?
All instructors hold CPR certifications and complete 16-24 weeks of training. Classes maintain low student-to-instructor ratios with progressive spotting techniques while equipment undergoes regular safety inspections to prevent injuries.
Do you offer teen or children's programs?
Teens aged 14+ can join adult aerial classes. Our youth program for ages 9-14 includes mixed aerial apparatus instruction with age-appropriate safety modifications and creative movement patterns tailored to developing bodies.
