Count on FitLife SportsPlex for a full range of exceptional group fitness classes and activities.
We offer 10 to 12 classes per day in our large exercise room.
If there are no classes in session, we have big screen TVs with more than 200 virtual classes to choose from!
We also understand that if you have kids, it can be tough to fit classes into your schedule.
That's why we offer our Kids' Korner.
You'll be able to keep an eye on your kids having fun on the supervised large indoor play area or outdoor playground and splash pad while you work out.

At FitLife SportsPlex, we ensure that your kids always have a fun and safe place to stay while you're using our facilities.
All of our members are welcome to drop their kids off at Kids' Korner, a large indoor play area that leads out to an awesome playground and splash pad!
We have employee attendants on staff Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

At FitLife SportsPlex, our indoor, heated, Olympic-length pool is available for use all year round.

FitLife SportsPlex features two fantastic beach volleyball courts for you to enjoy the sand and sun.
