Join the 2025 Women's Fitness Festival in Sacramento
The Women's Fitness Festival is a premier all-women running event dedicated to celebrating women's fitness and community empowerment. Since 2007, we have partnered with WEAVE, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, raising over $77,000 to fund critical services. Our event features 5K, 10K, and Princess 1/2-Mile races, offering finisher medals, premium race tees, and post-race celebrations with complimentary breakfast and health screenings.

We prioritize creating an inclusive, supportive environment for women of all ages and fitness levels, fostering sisterhood and wellness. Our partnership with Kaiser Permanente ensures access to free health care screenings, while our collaboration with Fleet Feet Sacramento provides logistical expertise. The festival serves as a platform for community engagement, health education, and charitable impact, embodying our commitment to empowering women through fitness and philanthropy.
