It has always been a goal of ours to one day make our dreams a reality and open a gym that members can be proud to call their gym. Well that dream came a little sooner than expected and we hit the ground running. Combined we have over twenty years of fitness and health experience. We have used that experience to bring you the best possible environment to your very own neighborhood fitness center.
We strive to make sure you are always satisfied and can be reached whenever you need. Joe has focused his education on different training techniques, supplementation, injury rehabilitation and strength training; and he is continuing his training education to become certified in Fitness Nutrition. Lance Radford graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology.
After college, Lance enlisted in the US Air Force where fitness became priority for the mission as well as his personal passion. While in the Air Force, Lance continued to grow his skillsets in fitness and has spent over 250 hours shadowing Special Operations Command's Strength and Conditioning Coaches and worked within his unit as a Training Leader helping Air Commandos get faster, stronger and more lethal.

Options include pin loaded/sectorized machinery, free weights, stand-alone squat racks and deadlift platforms, Olympic lifting platform, and a numerous strength and conditioning equipment.
With over 3ooo square foot of green turf, there is plenty of space to conduct all kinds of circuit-based training.
Additionally, if you are looking to enjoy circuit training with others, we offer group classes where you can find motivation and inspiration as a team.
