I'm entering into my 3rd season of professional basketball and I've never been pushed harder in my off-season workouts than I have at HCC. My first summer of crossfit was in 2017 and I showed up to the first practice in the best shape of my life. Not only are the workouts great, but I've developed friendships at HCC that will last a lifetime. Crossfit
