In Home Fitness was founded by Dennis DeFoor in 2006. As an insured certified personal trainer for over 16 years, Dennis has dedicated the better portion of his professional career to helping others reach their goals.

While working as a Fitness Director for many large fitness chains he noticed an alarming trend. The public environment of fitness centers created social and mental barriers for their clients which induced a large dropout rate.
