Golf Performance
Golf-Specific Fitness training optimizes swing mechanics through mobility work, power development, and stability exercises. TPI-certified coaches address four pillars: mobility for range of motion, power generation, functional strength for control, and conditioning for endurance. Programs help golfers gain distance while reducing injury risks through biomechanics analysis and sport-specific strength training.
Sports Conditioning
Sports Performance programs enhance athletic capabilities across disciplines. Training includes linear/lateral speed techniques, plyometrics, Olympic lifting, and energy system conditioning. Coaches develop sport-specific regimens focusing on acceleration mechanics, explosive power, and injury reduction through muscular balance assessments. Programs cater to professional athletes and recreational players seeking competitive advantages.
Strength Training
Strength Training programs emphasize proper movement patterns and progressive overload. Using Eleiko trap bars and resistance equipment, sessions build full-body strength while prioritizing joint health. Coaches implement periodized plans targeting upper/lower body and core stability.
