Crissy is a certified personal trainer.
She and Joe moved to the Destin-area several years ago.
At that time, Crissy began a Zumba class.
Zumba attracted all kinds of people - fitness enthusiasts, dancers, "cardioaholics", and people who either hated to exercise or had never exercised on a consistent basis.
It brought together all walks of life, but amazingly enough - the ones with no fitness background really grew to love it.
Not only was it a high energy experience, it was a support system, a social event, as well as an outlet for many.

Our creation of combining bursts of cardio and weight training to the rhythm of upbeat music.
This class is taught jointly by Joe & Crissy.
This way one instructor leads the class while the other can check your form, breakdown an exercise, or help modify an exercise.
This class is changing bodies, rapidly.
Don't let the name "scare" you, let it push you.
Fit Camp typically includes interval training, body weight exercises, natural movements and core exercises.
