Here at SWEAT, we strive to make every workout count. We have spent countless hours to develop a Group Personal Training experience that combines strength, functional and cardio exercises to create the "Ultimate Fat Burning" session. H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) used in combination with structured rest periods create the "AFTERBURN EFFECT" which can allow you to burn anywhere from 500- 1,000 calories during a class and keep burning up to 72 hours after.

With the addition of great music, uplifting motivational instructors, and intense energy, this dynamic creates a fun memorable experience in every class. The technical term is "excess post-exercise oxygen consumption" or EPOC. The afterburn effect is additional energy expenditure that occurs after exercise. Through precise heart rate training, the metabolism is ramped up which helps attendees burn an extra 10-20% more calories after their intial workouts.

We have stacked the facilty with top of the line equipment consisting of Row machines, Assault bikes, TRX suspension systems, Battle Ropes, Functional Equipment and Weights to keep those muscles looking tight and toned.

As a member of SWEAT you will get access to some of our specialty classes that can be a nice change-up to create a healthy mindset and reset you before your AFTERBURN SESSIONS.
Unchained is a cycling class where riders move to the beat and taught how to use proper form.
It's a fun and intense experience!
This edgy environment offers a raw and rockin' eclectic mix of music and when the lights go out your class becomes a more personal experience as you control your tension on the bike (and the break you may need to take every so often).
