That is why I have created an innovative online personal training program that I will tailor specifically to your needs.

I will work with whatever equipment you have already.
I will, of course, provide you with recommendations for additional equipment, including items such as barbells, free weights, kettle bells, TRX Suspension Trainers, resistance bands, BOSU balls, stability balls and medicine balls.

Water will be provided at the spa however, you will want to be hydrated throughout the day prior to your session and then again after.
To achieve the most benefit, use the chi machine first thing in the morning to give your lymphatic system a jump-start.
Another great time to benefit from the chi machine is after dinner to relax and reduce stress from the day.
That said, the machine will benefit the lymphatic system and the rest of the body no matter when you use it.
