Underground Fitness
Underground Fitness is a studio designed for all fitness levels. By empowering and inspiring, UF strives to educate clients on unique ways to develop or compliment fitness routines. Clients will achieve strength, flexibility, and stability through personal instruction and group fitness. We are very excited to announce that Underground Fitness is getting a bigger and better space!

This will be our temporary location while we are waiting for our new space to be built. TurboKick is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickoxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations. Class ends with mind/body-like cool down.

Jessica Thomas is owner of Underground Fitness.
She has worked in various settings teaching group fitness for several years and also holds a Bachelors' Degree in Elementary Education from Radford University.
She is former Chair and Co-council for Girls on the Run of Northeast Tennessee and loved being able to make a positive impact on the lives of young girls by empowering them to see the value in themselves and helping them move for their health.
Jessica is an encourager and loves to push you to your limits to see you flourish!
Class Policies

Client workout spots are clearly marked on studio floors with 6-8 feet of distance between clients.
While masks are not required during your workout, we do ask that you wear your mask at all other times while in our studio/hallway, unless you are distanced from others and on your marked spot for classes.
Thank you for helping us keep our kids safe and for being courteous to our neighboring businesses.
Please leave as soon as your class is over and your equipment has been cleaned and replaced.
