Developmental Fitness has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities since 1997. Our mission centers on inclusion, compassionate direction, and challenging individuals to achieve their highest potential through tailored physical fitness programs and therapeutic services. Our team of licensed professionals, including those with advanced degrees and certifications in personal training, CPR, and first aid, brings over 71 years of combined experience working with special needs individuals. We prioritize community integration, offering in-home and mobile training services across Southeastern Pennsylvania while maintaining rigorous safety standards through comprehensive background checks. Our approach emphasizes self-esteem, independence, and socialization, supported by partnerships with local YMCAs and participation in weekly community service initiatives.

As an approved Medicare provider, we deliver physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nutrition services grounded in evidence-based practices. Our staff's extensive credentials and commitment to ongoing professional development ensure clients receive expert care aligned with evolving industry standards.
