Fit Studio is unique because we offer three massively different fitness strategies that effectively address any fitness goals.

You can choose to take advantage of our H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) group workouts (supportive group fitness focused on developing and improving health and fitness), strength and conditioning group workouts (focused on pushing yourself to maximize your fitness and athletic performance), along with an open-gym approach by taking advantage of our world-class gym facilities.

But the truth is, we've always offered multiple programs to help our clients achieve very specific goals. But you might not know that you can mix and match all of these strategies with ONE membership. There's no need to pay an additional fee or fill out paperwork.

For those looking for an alternative to the typical gym atmosphere or the national-chain-type of fitness programs, Fit Studio offers an effective program that is fun and focused on safety.
Great fitness doesn't ever result in injury.
Our certified personal trainers create varied, interesting, and effective programming designed to help you take it to the next level without getting hurt.
But honestly, fitness programming is only a small factor in helping you reach your maximum potential.
Starting & Memberships

We offer free, thirty-minute sessions with our certified personal trainers to listen to your goals, offer a custom-solution using one of our three awesome fitness platforms, and let you decide.
We don't do high-pressure.
We don't obligate you.
We leave the choice up to you.
Unlimited Membership: Enjoy unlimited-access to all strength and conditioning sessions, all Fit Body Boot Camp sessions, and full open-gym access to the facility, there are no limits whatsoever.
Discounted Unlimited Membership: Same as above, just discounted.
