Neuro Fitness Foundation was founded in 1998 by John David Nichols, a water skiing accident survivor who envisioned a specialized fitness facility for individuals with neurological impairments. Our mission centers on providing accessible strength and cardiovascular training through adaptive equipment, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With over two decades of experience, we combine personalized exercise programs with community support to help members regain independence after life-altering events. Our team of dedicated professionals and volunteers maintains a welcoming environment where individuals with conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, and multiple sclerosis can pursue physical and mental rehabilitation. We operate a 75+ member facility featuring specialized equipment designed for users with mobility challenges, offering financial assistance to ensure accessibility.

Our commitment to innovation is reflected in our evolving facility upgrades and partnerships with medical institutions. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we rely on community support to maintain our unique services, having served over 300 clients since our inception. Our track record demonstrates expertise in adaptive fitness programming, evidenced by member testimonials documenting significant recovery milestones.
